Pure B2B, because registration is only possible after entering the VAT number of your company.
What's more, you decide who will be the second 'B' in "B2B" because you can decide for yourself via groups who can find your available profiles.
You have a profile available (soon) but have not yet found a new opportunity.
Conversely, as a preferred partner you get a nice assignment, but you have no one available.
You can use LinkedIn (with the impersonal opening "Dear network") or send emails to befriended recruiters.
However, LinkedIn is public for everyone while sometimes you don't want this,
and everyone is sending emails with overviews and attachments in different formats and colors.
With Got.Coffee you decide for yourself. One B2B platform, one source of truth.
The first recruiter or HR manager who registers on Got.Coffee automatically gets the role 'Company admin'.
As a Company Admin you can add your colleagues and change your company details.
Depending on your license, you can search for published profiles, and you can publish one or more available profiles, whether or not via groups.
First and last name of the published profiles are not visible to other companies (cf. GDPR).
Only your own colleagues can see them.
